Brooke Van Poppelen

Brooke Van Poppelen is the cure for the common female comic; exploring fresh topics, cracking off sharp observations and deftly bringing to life a handful of goofy characters. Also, she totally acts like a dude. She's got something unusual to say about everything. Mercilessly tormented by her father and brother while growing up in the Detroit Suburbs, Brooke's got a very, very short fuse and is quick on the defense. She dares you to heckle her. Brooke currently lives in New York City and has performed with lotsa big stars at all the big clubs, and is touring the east coast.
