The pedagogics of David Angelo's overtly didactic comedy style have been described as: "faithful to the metaprescriptives of primal humor," "emphatically dening the disequilibria of shared experience," and "outright rejectionalist in respect to the traditionally triptych construction of jokes." His teleological analysis of everyday events is a fresh approach to the ordinary -- as are his aphorism concerning wide ranging topics from relationships to ex-girlfriends. David was nominated The Mark Sinclair Memorial Award for "The Most Innovative Comedian" at the 2007 Chicago Comedy Awards.
