Ripped from the mean streets of Iowa, Michael Holmes' comedic style is as tough and in your face as the State he once called home. Okay, actually it's not. It's usually just about something he saw on the HIstory Channel. Since moving to Chicago in 2003, Michael has become a crowd favorite at such Northside venue as the Lincoln Lodge, The Elevated, and The Three-Ring Comedy Circus, in adddition to performing at comedy clubs throughout the Midwest. With his dry, sarcastic wit, Michael points out quirks in everyday life that resonate with audiences around the World...or at least in Chicago.
